Connect your HubSpot
One click links your HubSpot account and sets you up.
FormMaker works with the forms in your HubSpot account, so the first step is to connect the two. It takes about a minute.
Connect
- Sign up or log in — with HubSpot, or with a code sent to your email. Either works.
- Click Connect HubSpot.
- HubSpot will ask you to approve. Say yes.
That's it — you'll land back on your dashboard, connected.
What FormMaker can see, and why
When you connect, HubSpot asks you to approve a few things. Here's what each one is for:
- Your forms and how they're doing — this is the whole point: it's what FormMaker looks at and helps you improve.
- Files people upload through your forms — so a check can notice file-upload questions.
- Your contacts — only to see whether a form is set up to skip questions it already knows the answer to.
FormMaker never changes anything in your HubSpot unless you ask it to.
What you get
Connecting sets you up with everything you need:
- A connector link to paste into your AI app. Setup guides.
- A safe-to-share key for forms on your website.
- A secret key — it's already inside the connector link. What's the difference?
Try it
Ask your AI app:
Show me my HubSpot forms
Then see what else you can ask.
Connecting another HubSpot account
Got more than one HubSpot account? Use + Connect another portal on your dashboard. Each one gets its own link and its own keys, kept completely separate. Your plan decides how many you can connect.
Disconnecting
To remove FormMaker from a HubSpot account, use the Danger zone on your dashboard. Your live forms stop working and your AI app loses access. One thing to know: this drops FormMaker's access, but it doesn't uninstall the app inside HubSpot — so if you want it fully gone, remove it there too.
