audit_form grades one form. This one asks a different question: does your set of forms make
sense together?
It reads every form and reports three things. Coverage — whether you have forms for people just subscribing, people downloading something, and people asking to buy. Traffic — whether one form is quietly absorbing everything, which is what happens when every page links to "Contact us". And misalignment — forms whose name promises one thing and whose questions ask another.
That last one is the useful part, and it's deliberately narrow. It classifies each form twice, independently: once from its name, once from what it actually asks. When those disagree — a "Newsletter signup" demanding seven qualifying questions, or a "Request a demo" collecting only an email — that's a contradiction you can see for yourself in seconds. It never guesses at your contacts' lifecycle stage, because a form definition can't tell you that.
Reading every form costs requests, so it analyses 40 by default and tells you when it stopped short rather than presenting a partial portal as the whole picture.

Look at every form together rather than one at a time: which funnel stages your forms cover, which forms are absorbing all the traffic, and which forms promise one thing in their name while asking another in their fields (a 'newsletter' demanding seven qualifying questions, or a 'request a demo' asking only an email). Classification comes from two independent signals — the form's name and its actual questions — and the disagreement between them is the finding; nothing is inferred about contact lifecycle. Reads a sample of submissions per form for traffic share, and says so when its cap truncated the portal.
